Delivery times
- Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
- Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days, depending on your city.
Delivery charges
- Free delivery on all orders over Rs.5,000.
- For smaller orders, the delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available across Pakistan. The rider will usually call before arriving, so please keep your phone reachable and have the exact amount ready where possible.
You are welcome to open the parcel and check your items in front of the rider before you pay.
Tracking your order
As soon as your parcel leaves us, we send your tracking number by SMS, WhatsApp or email. You can follow it on our Track Order page.
Missed deliveries
Couriers normally try again the next working day. If a parcel is returned to us after failed attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
Damaged or incorrect parcels
If anything arrives broken, leaking or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace or refund it and cover the return charge. See our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.
